      Switch promoted a healthy work-life balance and was a great place to work, learn and develop wonderful friends too.

      Cons

      Typical with most digital agencies is that deadlines can be rushed and often stressful.

Caring for our team (and our customers) is at the very heart of what we're about, we spend a great deal of time together - so it is always great to see the friendships that are developed as well. A healthy work-life balance is important and we're excited that our team members with our WFH policy can enjoy that flexibility and autonomy.

      Pros

      The business is flexible, allowing a hybrid work environment. Works for the team members who prefer the office, others who like to WFH and all of those in between. Management have an open door policy, always looking out for your feedback and opinions. But are also transparent about what's happening in and around the business. There's a dedicated social team who arranges regular events so we can all get together, both virtual and in-person. There are many individuals who are not only passionate about the work they do, but also enjoy each others company!

      Small things come up here and there, but no company is perfect.
