Pros
Really enjoyed my time spent working there especially because of the staff there.
Cons
Poor senior management, for example during the summer the air conditioning was broken and they refused to have it fixed until winter despite +30 degree heats inside the store.

It was a good location for me and the elements of the job such as making the coffees and orders as well as serving customers I found enjoyable
Cons
The branch was frequently understaffed which meant that I ended up working more hours than agreed upon and sometimes had to come in even when unwell because not enough staff were available
