      No reason to work at this place

      Cons

      Most of the employees will talk behind your back, belittle your work and ask you to do tasks other than your job scope. They won't allow you to go back early because you will labeled as 'government worker'.

      The job or task is fine. Workload also bearable.

      Cons

      Poor and toxic management. Do not appreciate their employees who are leaving. Deduct statutory contribution in pay slip but when check with statutory body no contribution was made.
