      Unlimited time off - could take more than 2 consecutive weeks with approval and client/project schedule consideration

      Cons

      Badgered to behave like others. Peers try to throw you under the bus to get attention off of themselves, or to not be held accountable. Everyone jockeying to be the favorite. Company looking to use your brand/network to further their efforts/make them look good. Advancement seems to take 5 - 7 years. CEO stated if you want to advance, find your own backfill!!

      I would like to say there are pros, but everything pro is what every other company is offering.

      Cons

      Low pay, costly benefits, costly investment for employees 401k, highly nepotistic company, no diversity, no career growth, lack in making strong business decisions, content laying off employees.
