Recently adopted 10 AM to 6 PM timing, which is followed properly and improves work-life balance. Comfortable work environment that helps you settle into a routine. Health insurance card is provided for employees.
Cons
Salary is not market competitive. No bonuses, allowances, or additional benefits (e.g., annual dinners, performance incentives). Favoritism is prevalent; if you're in management's good books, you get special treatment, while others feel overlooked. Nature of work can make you too comfortable, limiting career growth or skill development for a switch.
