Expectations were often unclear or not communicated upfront, leading to confusion and frustration. It felt as though goals were set without full understanding or support, and then I was criticized for not meeting them—despite the lack of clarity.
The overall work environment became increasingly toxic, with limited opportunities for feedback or growth. The lack of open communication and transparency from leadership made it feel like I was set up to fail from the start.
