Pros
Excellent Work Life Balance. Opportunity to learn new things by handling projects individually. Supportive Team Lead. Inshort everything is excellent.
Cons
No communication/Interaction with the colleagues within the Organization. As strength of employees is not much in organization, the perks/gift should be worthy that what actually gets. For me apart from this there is no con's.
