Flexible hybrid working, though poorly managed by management who have no clue how it is being misused.
Cons
Lack of company vision, structure, and poor senior leadership with little sense of direction. Small company mindset - Leadership decisions are often made based on emotion or personal gain as opposed to strategy or logic.

Great team and caring management with 0 micromanagement, they hire you to do a job and as long as you deliver results everyone is happy. Lots of company events and social time
Cons
Sometimes too much travelling but is all expensed
