      Pros

      I only survived here due to my amazing co-workers. Good for getting your foot in the door for IONM, but leave for better opportunities

      Cons

      Where do I start? This is a company which has lost contracts and does not have the decency to inform employees. There is no sense of respect for employees at all. This company will NOT have your back ever and the only focus is generating revenue. You are severely underpaid in comparison to other companies, and are subject to being overworked with little call pay. Even if you are sick, this is deducted from your PTO…as it’s your fault for being sick! The management here is completely incompetent!

      Absolutely nothing besides the OR experience

      Cons

      Everything. Terrible salary and awful management. Like other reviews have said, they do not have your back. They don’t care about you. Their only concern is making money. No such thing as work life balance here when you can’t even use your pto. Their “management” is comical. They have no business managing an IOM company when they’ve never worked in the field. Pathetic that they can’t write a decent email without sounding like they didn’t finish middle school.
