You can work with many departments directly. Many things you can do to improve the work process

Extremely toxic work culture, especially from the management team. Very short term vision, they will try to make your work on one big thing today, and trying to get rid of you tomorrow. Office romance between employee and management, and management make decisions based on his or his mistress's personal feelings. Many people don't have the scientific knowledge or skill set to work, so they just spying on other people and makeup stories instead of doing their own work. Management team only like to set up extremely unrealistic goals for employees without offering any support, and they will blame you for not performing well. No employee benefit at all! Even don't give you sick days many times. Too much toxic stuff to deal with, you won't have much time to do real work or learn anything. Gender discrimination unless you are the mistress!
