In the Motion Graphics team, there is a manager named ** Gowtham Murugan ** who exhibits extremely toxic behavior. He is described as unethical and mentally unhealthy, expecting team members to act subserviently. His toxic behavior has led to over six team members leaving and more than three candidates withdrawing from Syncfusion without securing alternative opportunities. For many freshers, especially those relocating to Chennai from other districts, this job represents a crucial career opportunity. Syncfusion, as a reputed product company, holds significant promise for such individuals. While the company aims to foster a disciplined and professional work environment, managers like Gowtham Murugan are allegedly misusing their authority and position. He is seen as unfit for a management role, lacking both the qualities and technical skills required. Beyond technical expertise, a manager must know how to treat individuals with respect and manage a team selflessly. Unfortunately, no significant action or resolution appears to have been taken by his superiors to address these issues. Although we are no longer working at Syncfusion, the experience still feels like a lingering mental trauma. Gowtham Murugan's behavior involved mentally abusing team members, leaving a lasting negative impact. We strongly urge that no one, especially freshers, be assigned under his supervision to prevent others from enduring similar mistreatment.
