      Pros

      This company and its leadership team really looks out for its employees. I have been working here for almost 6 years and I can honestly say that our managers care about us. They want to hear what we have to say and take our ideas and comments put them to use. They succeed when we succeed.

      Cons

      I cannot honestly think of any downside to working here.

      Pros

      Great pay, INSANE amount of education and experience, highly trained employees on all ends of the spectrum, lots of technology to get dirty with. From a clients perspective: These guys are the real deal and know what they are doing. They are absolute experts with their clients and their clients matters. This company will take care of their clients at all times, always.

      Cons

      Lots of office gossip, lots of degrading/berating/swearing. Extremely belittling the to the female staff (Read: sexual innuendos/jokes, viewing down shirts etc.. most of this exhibited by the managerial staff).
