      Some good but lots of bad

      Pros

      Good team atmosphere, hardware support, interesting work, the values are great, but not adhered to or managers educated on responsibilities.

      Cons

      Lack of awareness of duty of care around employee safety, poor management of incidents of bullying etc Incorrect role classifications, resulting in poor pay, tendency to overload employees workload and expectations due to ignorance of role responsibilities.
