      Fantastic factory Some nice people Free fruit daily

      Where do I start! Regular sackings, resulting in regular screaming matches with the Police often called! Unpleasant group management saying and doing as they please. No lines that can't be crossed, no control , chaos. Looking for a job? Keep looking. A hostile and unpleasant place to work.

      Can't think of a single good thing

      Cons

      Bullying management, dangerous working practices, this is one to be avoided. There are better jobs out there with more money and managers who treat you like human beings, go for one of those jobs and avoid Synergy like the plague

      Everything is done the long winded way as they refuse to change Suppliers & staff expenses are rarely paid Staff are unmotivated and overworked Facilities are dated, whole place needs a revamp
