Cons
The 2 owners of this company are disgusting in their ethics. They treat their managers like children and are very biased. They want to show favoritism to the ones that suck up to them and ‘get on their good side’. They berate their employees behind closed doors and you should never disagree with them. You are supposed to be a mindless robot that never questions them. They have told staff that they were only hired because they were pretty or that their child could do the manager’s job. They insist on micromanaging everything you do if they don’t like you. If they like you, you are given freedom. Do not work here if you have children or get sick or preexisting conditions that require you to be out of doctor’s appointments. They micromanage your absences and also require you give them doctor’s notes even if you were rushed to the ER. Many of the staff was always afraid to miss work because you receive points for any time you are out sick. You cannot stay late or come in early. You can never make up any time. Benefits are none existent and forget about them being understandable about being sick or having children sick. But it’s okay for them to come and go at whatever time they want or for them to bring their children into the office. There is a huge turn around for this place because they have the reputation of firing people all the time. I wish I could give zero stars for everything.
