No company phone so expect all calls on your personal phone. Consider yourself very lucky if the client provides an additional phone for the Supervisor. No support provided by company offices in GA. You're expected to manage all security operations and additional client demands from the account without additional aid from company. No work/home-life balance because you're always on-call even when out of office and on vacation. Communication & chain of command could be a lot better to alleviate confusion. Officer morale is low because pay is below average and staffing is always a downhill battle. No adequate Supervisor training, if any at all, from company.
