Pros

Laid back work environment. Nice coworkers (besides the owner). Hourly, so no overtime.

Cons

Owner is all about the money. He will screw you and everyone else over any chance he gets. Has zero integrity and no empathy. Will get pissed if you call in sick, thinks people are always faking. Vacation and sick time is lumped in together. Benefits suck, pay is low for the market. Always trying to low-ball candidates to pocket the most money for himself.

Pros

great company, down to earth work environment. They are real with candidates and not misleading when promoting available positions unlike some other shady staffing agencies

Cons

the vacation does accrue over the year so it takes a whole to build up your vacation. Sick days count as vacation days so they are not separate - aka - don't get sick
