Pros

There are some pros like flexible time with late night work, even your work hard nobody cares you. Not any employee familiar policy. Top management especially, delivery managers and all don't know how to speak and treat to the employee. Some of the head of the manager like a boss and insulting people very rudely manner.

Cons

- They actually lose their vision of making a good company. - All top senior position people think that they are boss of the company without realizing that she is and within the meantime, being was the past delivery manager in the company if she's attitude would not change or company doesn't fire her. - The all above positive review commented by the HR itself. - Don't trust any positive feedback written by the company itself or sometime during exists meeting THE TOP MANAGEMENT member ask to wrote over there to company favor. - The company name would be damaged if CEO constantly uses the same TOP MANAGEMENT along with their unrealistic policy. - Some of the manager being friendly to the girls and use divide and rules policy to make them innocent and arguing personality. - The constant torturing was the main reason why peoples have left the company without serving the full notice period. - Some of the major departments like mobile, Net and PHP was fully involved in the political drama of the company. - You wouldn't trust anyone and never share your private opinion. Else your opinion or thoughts immediately reached to the top management with the speed of air or sunrays. - Never join this company until and unless top management would change. - Overall company CEO has a great vision for exploring and expanding their business to reach the milestone. But in my opinion, the other TOP MANAGEMENT wouldn't understand it.

Dear Synovergian, Thank you for your post. However, the post seems to be giving some random statements and thoughts. Some statements do not make sense or are illegible for one to get the real understanding of the concern being highlighted. Being part of the company you can make a positive difference through your contribution and constructive feedbacks and suggestions. This post will not add value as it is written to take out frustration rather being constructive. You do not seem to have understanding of the overall company operations and the leadership team and their vision. Neither do you seem to have the real understanding of the challenges of a growing company. The company has grown year on year and a senior member like you should be looking at ways to involve in growth and contribution instead of negative perceptions. It is unfortunate that being part of Synoverge for 3 years, you could not find positive in the company. Any company will have its positive (loyal) and negative employees. We are proud of our positive and loyal team who have made this company where it is today. You seem to be belonging to the later which is not helpful to either you or the company. We wish you all the best for your future with positive influence wherever you go.

Pros

Exposure to new technologies. Flexible Timings as per project requirements. Technical exposure

Cons

- No work life balance - Management thinks all the resources can work on any technologies and technology shuffling for resources. - Resource are expected to work 12 hours. - New Technical leaders has technical knowledge which can be compared with 3 year exp resource.

Pros

Synoverge, when started, was a very good company, attained huge growth in initial years and was well established. The reason was a very skilled workforce and passion to move forward, down to earth approach, employee care, good projects, twice a year salary revision, very good team bonding etc. It was more like a small and happy family where your work and contribution was appreciated and valued. In 2015-2016 company got some big projects revenue went 4-5 times high as compared to previous years. CEO presented these figures in annual program. The company thought, we can do it and started calling team as resources now. Instead of one-to-one and healthy discussion to solve a problem, they used bookish approach and deployed project managers. Yes managers, and not leaders. They managed politics, discussion, blames, delivery, client communication, appraisals, appreciations, micro management, humiliation, disapproval, etc.... but never lead the team. Senior management started getting huge money and investment in other areas and completely ignored ground level challenges. CEO has no idea which project is doing what, but has the complete idea of how much money they are paying. Failure of project managers came to team leads and senior team leads and they started putting their work on leads. Even though the company had been earning so much money, they never increased salary to that level. PMs had never been helping and instead putting more pressure. Company earned a lot but never distributed that advantage to employees. Frustrated team members started leaving company. I think in 2018 highest people leave from the company. Pros is - This company has very good team members and works hard. I am proud of the team.

Cons

Constant frustration, late night work, HR is the best part of this company (they never respond) so you never argue with them they are very sweet. PM allocated untrained and fresher to you to finish the deadlines. To teach them u have to sit late in office. Too much resource change happens. Solution of everything is putting a new process. you must have read in other comments that learn new technology here. But it was upto 2017 only.. IT has very new things coming up but not available here.
