Good colleagues, pay according to union tariff, bonus system based on team effort
Cons
Extreme push from upper management to always steer towards a subscription solution for the costumer, internal systems always change to encourage sales reps to push for subscription, bonus is rather small, UM constant pushing to sale more but call it "friendly competition" the price being you get to work harder
