Pros

The only real positives about this company are that the pay is decent and communication is easy since everyone speaks English fluently. Beyond that, the work environment is overwhelmingly negative.

Cons

Toxicity runs deep, with constant backstabbing, unprofessional behavior, and a leadership team that not only allows but often contributes to the problem. Derogatory comments and incompetence are commonplace, making it frustrating for anyone who actually wants to do their job well. There is no real career growth here—just a cycle of employees coming and going, with few lasting long enough to make a difference. If you value a professional, supportive workplace, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Pros

Good stock options bonus if you stick with the company long term. Good flexibility and freedom. Can see rocket launches.

Cons

High variance in hires; some employees are top class, some others are very mediocre. Satellite department is treated as first class citizen, everyone else is a second class citizen. No clear structure to move career upwards.

Pros

- Work from home - if you're a foreigner, they pay for a flight home once a year - the colleagues are nice and friendly - A lot of smart people who loves their field

Cons

- The management is indecisive and consistently refuses to clarify the company's direction - Zero commitment or accountability to their promises, keeps changing their goals every 3-6 months - Pay and leave days are terrible, no sick leave, no menstrual leave, and for newcomers you only get 11 days annually - The blaming game is thick. the upper management loves to throw people under the bus. - If you're a woman in STEM, don't even bother. The management has a negative bias towards women and they don't want to admit it.
