-You must make up your productivity for any time off (PTO, holidays, and FMLA)
-Issues with paying people appropriately for their level of skill and education. Coworkers without licensure and college education paid close to (or more) than people with masters and beyond.
-Dragged their feet hiring employees seemingly to save money, thus putting more work on those who stayed. Job openings not even posted on major job sites or posted inaccurately
-I was criticized for decreased (not below required) productivity when I was off following major surgery
-They became resentful and petty after I turned in my notice despite giving them months heads up that I was looking and more than a month actual notice before leaving
