If you have any skill or talent, it will go to waste. Incompetent management will keep you distracted with pointless “fire drills,” and anything you manage to accomplish that’s related to your actual job duties will wait ignored in someone’s inbox. Every day is an infuriating nightmare clown show, and there’s absolutely no internal communication. Sure, there’s a weekly all-hands meeting, but each one opens with the CEO admitting he has nothing prepared. (Other things he doesn’t have: a vision, focus, or, I suspect, any idea what’s going on in his own company.

Toxic environment. You aren't taken seriously if you don't have a degree from a prestigious university or speak eloquently. Can't right the ship no matter how many sales leaders they churn through. No leadership, no visibility, no passion. No employee diversity at all. Led by old white men and it shows.
