      Industry is very interesting, global outlook and new energy focus. In the news because of the geopolitical situation, and market for EV is growing. Get to work with people from all over the globe. Health insurance is good, flexible working.

      Cons

      Small company uncertainty. Need to work on demand, operations are 24hrs so also need to consider timing. Market of battery materials is tough, so growth is slower than expected.
