Pros
The team at Syrup Technologies is always pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital marketing. I was glad to give some creative solutions that have helped the brands stand out in an already crowded market. We used to do lot of brainstorming as well. I would really appreciate my Creative Director as her thought process and working style was very impressive for a newbie like me.
Cons
Sometimes clients become really demanding and ask for lot of changes. That becomes troublesome. Won't consider it a Cons though since it happens during entire agency life.

- Exposure to popular brands and companies - When I joined Syrup as a social media executive in 2013 till 2015, i was exposed to big brands in digital marketing - Radico, Mercedes-Benz, Sleepwell, Foodpanda and others. - A CEO who expects best from you - Today, I realize that a CEO who wants the best from you, would help you learn. Those tough years pushed me to learn things quicky, because expectations were high. And I delivered. - Fun with Colleagues - We introduced playing cricket matches, theme-based parties and employee recognition that time. A culture helps an employee to grow.
Cons
- Agency life is always difficult. Although you learn very quickly, but it can be stressful at times due to several clients looking at you for answers, all the time. - Back then, it was just a small team of a few people. That meant lot of delivery pressure. It was 2013 though. - Travelling from Faridabad to Malviya Nagar was difficult.
