Very dynamic and energizing environment, not a boring day that passes by! The exposure that you get at Systemex isn't like any other workplace, the projects are very diverse, with clients in different industries. Working with smart, dedicated and passionate leaders and teammates has definitely stretched my thinking over the past 2 years. The employees are very friendly, it was so easy to build strong relationships with my colleagues who I can count on. The leadership team is continuously seeking improvement and empowers employees to think outside of the box. The company is demonstrating a great potential of growth, I'm confident in their growth plan and positive outlook, and I'm looking forward to make it happen with the team! I would highly recommend. They have smart people at the helm driving in the right direction. Covid may have create additional challenges, but this only created more opportunities by being in the Robotics and automation field. We adapted to the new reality and it only indicates how we can quickly turn around and do something positive by working as a team. I have an enormous amount of respect and appreciation for the colleagues. I am grateful for all the development, mentorship, and growth while watching the company scale every year and still growing strong.
