Pros
Flexible and limited working hours. Employees are never overworked compared to other startups. Developers and QA members have great opportunity to grow in terms of skills.

Small office but enough for the existing staff.

Good for developers who prefer taking on multiple roles and prefer roles of full stack developer. Flat organization. Even juniors get exposure to interact with clients.
Cons
Still a growing company. No freshers around.
