      Pros

      One of the best reasons why I like working at TM Cobbs is that we work hard we work as a team we get things done on time and ahead .

      Cons

      One of the downsides is that we haven't got a raise over 6 years I've been there for 3 we work really hard everyday we do 10 hour shifts everyday we work on Saturdays and we still haven't got a raise we do about 54 hours 55 hours a week and I would like to see our production department get a raise hopefully owner sees that we bust our butts everyday
