      Pros

      There aren't any pros to really talk about working here. The location is nice in the west loop with lots of good restaurants.

      Cons

      Check Shure Products on here as it is the same company. Everything on there is true, the owner is extremely hard to work for. Micro managed on everything that happens and it's always your fault when something goes wrong, even though he tells you to do it "his way." It's almost like they take two steps forward and then 3 steps back with the high turnover rate, consistently new employees that need to get up to speed.

      Owner was incredibly controlling. Very little room for input. Incredibly high turnover. Usually worked 60+ hours per week.

      Pros

      Well I suppose having a job is a pro but I was looking at cashier jobs at a grocery store just to get out of this place. Health insurance is good if its just you with no dependents. If you like poorly made toys, you'll get to take some home.

      Cons

      Insane work hours 50+ Hope you like working Saturdays So much work that you pray for more hours in every day No training but you're required to be able to do everything. No extra time off for holidays, and you need to make up the time you do have off. Don't be sick cause you'll need to come into work on Saturday to make up that time. I could go on...and on. Seriously this place is toxic. I watched 8 people come and go during the time I worked there. The owner has severe issues and has no idea how to manage a company. Not a single person that works there is happy and everyone admits the only reason why they stay is because they have no where else to go. You've been warned!
