Co workers and management are fun polite people and the atmosphere is laid back
Cons
Cold calling 400+ seniors per day in an attempt to sell them a Medicare insurance plan. The company only offers one insurance provider which is mutual of Omaha, so we cold pitch to these individuals and tell them that Omaha is the cheapest price in their area when 80% of the time that is a lie. Super high policy cancellation rate with chargebacks. Only a select few make money here and they're the ones who are close friends with management and they receive the good leads.
