TABLE is an organization that takes care of all stakeholders. The staff and board are passionate about the mission and care about the quality of life for the staff as well. Hybrid work environment with in-office time and remote work. Supervisors track results, not hours.
Cons
In order to work well in this organization, an individual must be a self-starter and passionate about the mission of feeding local kids. Hybrid work can be challenging for some and remote work requires boundaries!
