Ownership is terrible and are completely out of touch with the day to day of their business. They act like their company is a luxury organization serving the elites, when in reality their staff are overworked and undertrained, their camps are understaffed, and their pay is extremely poor for the expectations they have.
Every staff member I spoke to, including those working at the head office (in marketing and admin) only had negative things to say about their experience with TAC. Even the interns and older campers could see it was poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this organization to anyone, no matter how desperate they are for a job.
