      Great people, terrible management

      Pros

      Very interesting but very challenging project Incredibly smart and motivated employees from many countries Great engineering team and physics teams

      Cons

      Management team is disengaged and heartless Funding is always a problem CEO is rarely around - formerly a big shot at GE and lives somewhere else Technical employees are expected to work long difficult shifts and are not rewarded the way they should be - not sure it is even noticed or appreciated by management.

      raises every three years sometimes

      Cons

      Greedy managers admiring their profile in the mirror and their sycophants. Stop being so fake with crappy monthly meetings with food a dog would not want to sniff even, Russians spying on employees. Yes its true. Pretend to be USA but are ruskie backed to the max. New top management annually. Singled out people as part of improving group dynamics.

      A Company with a lot of challenges ahead!!!

      It is a challenging position and Projects when I worked at Tri Alpha Energy, A Fusion Power Research Company where I was involved on almost every section of the Fusion Reactor as well as other experiments. Where we are all treated highly as Professionals at all levels. Good people in the company!!!

      Cons

      The challenge is to meet the scheduled completion of a Scientific Design as projected by the Company.
