Pros

The small, "family-owned" business atmosphere can be a positive thing, and in many ways allows for employee freedom and growth within the company. It also allows for exposure to all areas of processes and departments.

Cons

The small, "family-owned" business atmosphere can also contribute to negative aspects of the work experience. Product line and personnel issues are often not addressed or corrected, leading to an overall weakened integrity of the management structure.

Pros

Good atmosphere. Great co-workers. Still operates as if a small company. Does not watch your every move. Good pay. Okay benefits. Treats employees well.

Cons

Very slow paced work load. I find a lot of things that need to be setup properly for a company that has grown to this size. Still operates as a small company. Still gives management bonus' even during salary freeze. Employees are too relaxed and not willing to change how things are done.
