They encourage you to share your input into how products are built, or projects should progress. When I have ideas, they are listened to, and feedback is given with my career goals in mind . The team is respectful, and everyone from the CEO down is not afraid to step in and work with anyone on the team. When the supervisors tell you something, you can trust what they say. All employees are allowed to step into new responsibilities and improve their skill sets, and work on projects that truly will improve people's lives.
Cons
Priorities can shift quickly, and deadlines are expected to be met. Will always be provide most the resources needed, but you will be expected to work extra hours when major deadlines are coming up.
