      The team culture at TBI is friendly, social, and caring. HR and Senior Management continue to offer new cool benefits for employees and work on remuneration for us to ensure we feel appreciated.

      Pros

      Small private health company that remains focused on clinical outcomes not profit. Good company culture. Great communication and NZ owned. The company does great to acknowledge staff. A great place to work

      Cons

      Not as competitive with senior band pay as other employers. May lose staff due to this. Not too many negatives!
