Cons

-Brutal culture -Lack of leadership within upper management -No actual HR Department -No professional development -Lack of diversity within Leadership Team -Antiquated way of handling employees and firm structure -You can walk into work on a random day and be asked to clear your desk with no explanation -No severance policy
