      A nightmarishly unorganized company

      Pros

      Free coffee... and that's all, I think.

      Cons

      Lots of micromanagement, horrible organization, no CI/CD. They advertise flexible times but complain if you don't follow the working times they want. Dress code. Office culture mostly aimed at demeaning other's work.

      Pros

      Flat organization, easy access to senior management, quite flexible, looking to exploit new talent, seeking double digit growth.

      Cons

      Non-diversified organization based on family ties with a firm grip on their regional background. Fluent English is spoken by few and you'll have to adapt, a lot. Because of the closeness to Italy the company enjoy cheap labor (border workers) in abundance, sometimes sacrificing talent for convenience. No significant benefits, no CSR and many corporate aspects still in the definition phase.
