      Pros

      Great learning experience if you want to learn how to not run an agency.

      Cons

      Went from 45 employees to 20 in less than 2 years. Lost 3 clients. 1 is on life support. If you ask management, of course it was all their fault. New business? lol! If I were a client I'd really consider looking elsewhere. Managements unwillingness to change is crazy bad. Very disrespectful to peoples beliefs. Very sophomoric atmosphere. And besides, they're are definitely better, hungrier, up and coming agencies in CO. TDA is very 2010.

      Pros

      While we have some specialty areas - generated by previous successful work - I really enjoy the range of clients we work with. From a ski resort and popsicle companies to satellite manufacturers all in the course of a work week. Creativity is always pushed and in general our client relationships allow us to produce unique and successful work. Compared to other teams I've been a part of, the core culture of the company is very positive and strong, remaining so over the years even as employees and clients come and go.

      Cons

      While I appreciate the small team size and how that allows me to take on more responsibility and requires me to expand my personal capabilities, this could also be a negative for other employees. There is nowhere to hide within a bigger team here and we are required to be personally driven and responsible.

      An awesome place to work, filled with great, caring people who are truly invested in your career. The creative directors, especially. I grew a ton working there.
