      Pros

      Good pay. That's about it.

      Cons

      McDonald's style management. Angry customers. Small trucks. GPS tracking. Unorganized. Phone calls. Ownership. Brokered freight. Stupid time rules ( I will explain). Constant nagging from owner.

      left amazon for promise of better work environment with better wages

      Pros

      There are no pros to this job, Go to amazon if you want to be treated better, make better wages, (if you do same hours ie: overtime) and have easier work

      Cons

      They will feed you full of lies to get you on board. Then they will immediatly go back on every single thing. Promised me $20/hr with packages up to 70lbs and that you get an ipad to navigate with. You dont get anything to navigate with, are expected to do 50+ hours at 15/hr with no overtime and packages up to 150lbs
