      Disappointing HR experience

      The people selected to work there were generally very good

      Cons

      The HR process to get hired was a nightmare and then the Director of HR would invalidate all the negotiations made with the HR rep but you would only find out on the day of starting...so take it or leave it.

      Great projects, very challenging and high profile. Some extremely talented people.

      Cons

      Political turmoil. Lack of accountability and lack of cohesion amongst project teams. Management by fear, particularly at the top.
