I really loved the people here. The company culture is fun, they do good work, they have great facilities and a beautiful office, and they offered a nice blend of teamwork versus working independently.
Cons
It's a lot of work and you might end up having to come in early or leave late.

Pros
Company genuinely wants their employees to excel, learn, and grow. It's wonderful to see that in a company. Small team means you wear different hats and get multidisciplinary skills.
Cons
Occasionally hectic, but that's agency life.
