As an intern, I was able to dive into all aspects of Post-Production. Involved in projects all the time. Cut my own piece which was really rewarding to apply everything I learned. Great, positive work environment and amazing mentors and employees.

There are no "Cons" about my experience

great people, feels like a close-knit family. fairly small so you get to work on different things. interesting clients.

salaries are usually on the lower side, from my experience. seems like a good place if you're new in the business or if you've had a decent run already. but once you hit that middle stage ... they just lack proper mentoring. a few projects are usually put on quick timeline, meaning the creative doesn't always get the space it could use. sometimes they think more like the prod.house they used to be rather than the agency they now are.
