Pros

It is a small company so you work closely and form a strong relationship with the partners. They try to foster a fun and laid-back workplace and a culture that welcomes input from people at all levels.

Cons

work-life balance can sometimes be difficult when working on projects that have hard and fast deadlines and client service comes before personal needs.

Great people, just need to aim bigger.

Pros

great people, feels like a close-knit family. fairly small so you get to work on different things. interesting clients.

Cons

salaries are usually on the lower side, from my experience. seems like a good place if you're new in the business or if you've had a decent run already. but once you hit that middle stage ... they just lack proper mentoring. a few projects are usually put on quick timeline, meaning the creative doesn't always get the space it could use. sometimes they think more like the prod.house they used to be rather than the agency they now are.
