Pros
Nothing to be honest. Some colleague are nice that’s all.
Cons
Very poor and fishy management style. Bosses are extremely stingy. Little to no growth for whoever working there. They want to hire talented and highly educated individuals but does not provide what they ask for. For sales people makes sure you check your OL because this company doesn’t promise that they will give commission in the letter, they only say it verbally and will take 6 to 12 months to provide the commission you made or sometimes won’t give your commission at all.
