Pros
Events and experience business. It's a very dynamic field. You'll get to work on a lot of projects, meet a lot of people, and also have a lot of fun. The team is great too.
Cons
Only issue is the founder. He wants to get involved in every part of the decision making process, is very micr managing and every talk with him feels like an argument rather than a discussion. Also the work hours are absolutely terrible during events. You'll have to work over time, work even on weekends, and during my time there we were not compensated for overtime. Because of these factors the employee retention is very low. People end up leaving within months or at max an year.
