Working with absolute terrible ignorant narrow minded people The people at the top have 0 qualifications therefore they are terrified of actual people with brains moving up in the company. Its a terrible atmosphere of people trying to hang you out, blame culture, sneering, belittling, bullying with the main goal at the end of the day to cling on to their job. There is obviously absolutely no career progression as a result. This comes down from the very top from the 2 owners. One is a stupid absolute f@#k wit bully that hasnt the first clue about engineering. The other is a sly, cowardly, ignorant, false, untrustworthy human being that would rather one of his employees die of a heart attack than give them a small €1 an hour pay rise.
