Toxic work culture that was fake-woke and basically a boys' club that protected and favored the senior leadership who were largely incompetent and inept, but had been there for years. Making money was prioritised over creativity and treating crew, artists and junior staff properly. Ovetime was expected but never properly remunerated. They have a high turnover and unhappy workforce across TEG, LLT and TES which is a clear sign of the awful culture and management.

Salary is low, hours are long, expectations of output are unrealistic, compensation for working on tours is non-existent, and there is no company culture.
