Pros

The diversity of clients you get to work with is cool.

Cons

-The leadership staff is neurotic, disorganized, and money hungry. This employer cares more about money than its actual employees and run you into the ground at no cost to them. -Poor work/life balance. They will run you into the ground with work, managers do not respect your boundaries, and there is a lack of operational structure everywhere despite having 1000s project managers. Ten35 glamorizes this by saying "baptism by fire", but it is a cover up for their lack of organization and consistency . -Benefits are pretty crappy. If you get sick, they won't do much. -They con a lot of their clients into paying for services that aren't necessary and use the broad word "culture" to disguise this. -Almost all of the employees are burnt out and over worked.

Pros

People of color in the agency world

Cons

Pretty much everything. This place is a horrible excuse for a workplace and it starts at the top. The CEO and COO are absolutely greedy and only loyal to their friends that they have brought into the agency. If you’re a VP and one of the OGs, you’re good, if you’re anyone else you’re trash. The 2 culture VPs do absolutely NOTHING and have very little knowledge of what’s actually going on, but since they’re close with the founders they get a free pass and delegate all of their work. Do you want to hear inappropriate language that’s not very inclusive although you claim to be a diverse agency? This is your place. They let go of most of my team last year because they have terribly mismanaged their money and don’t have the clients to pay their bills or vendors, and about an equal amount of people have left because of how mentally draining and unstructured this place is. There are no performance reviews because no one is held accountable and those at the top would be exposed if so. Their holding company has become way more involved in the last year because of how bad they are at money but it’s a strange dynamic because a bunch of white people have come in to change the culture of a black culture agency. Lastly, they have the worst benefits package I’ve ever seen

Pros

Relaxed environment (maybe too relaxed) Fun projects

Cons

severe cash flow issues, no structure, no process, no promotion plans, no career development, no professionalism, bad financial performance driven by dumb decision-making, issues paying vendors, toxic culture, incompetent staff & leadership, delayed expenses, extremely chaotic and unorganized, even supposedly fun projects turn into nightmares
