      Pros

      Teqguys is a small MSP that serves a very diverse set of clients. due to this you are exposed to many different systems and have continuous opportunity to learn new things and train to better support anything that might come up. New Clients are always a chance to improve and learn the next thing. constant growth has helped the company grow quickly.

      Cons

      As a small MSP we occasionally do get inundated with tickets and then need to work longer hours to get caught up, and it can get stressful. Improvements have been deployed and this has not been a concern for a while.

      Pros

      Excellent company to work for, Ample opportunity for advancement, Continuing education and training reimbursement. Regularly scheduled raises. Full medical benefits for employee, matching 401K Plan. Competitive salary / compensation. Exceeding 1 Million in Sales 2012 (Not bad for a small "Understaffed" Company)

      Cons

      I wouldn't consider this a CON, but if there were any, Due to the clientele, (many Charter Schools) vacation time cannot be scheduled in August, and we do have a very busy period (July, August and September) where we are under rigorous time constrains requiring overtime and weekend work. It is however the IT Industry, and as such, you cannot interrupt daily operations to suit your schedule.

      Awful place to work

      Pros

      Small environment good for accessing and seeing all working parts of the business.

      Cons

      Awful management. No true HR team. No avenue to voice concerns. Constantly blames employees for the faults of management or the systems in place. Very fake team atmosphere. Everyone for themselves.
