- Poor benefits - Very late hours, minimal work life balance (expected to work during off-days and even sick days) - Management is constantly changing directions, making it difficult to meet expectations. - Very toxic work culture overall - Certain management judge your work based on race

Good pay on OT Salary, the rate is higher than other company.

Cons

Poor management from the engineering management level, didn't have a clear direction for their subordinate and always like to push the team and give stress. If goal achieve, credit lies with management, if failed, and all belong to the technician problem. Lastly, every single job all in the "Urgent Mode". Funny
